What is actually stored

The site writes only a few things into your browser, and each one is needed for something specific to work:

connectedy_admin — a cookie

Created only when signing in to the admin panel, which means only for the site owner. It records that you are signed in and is deleted on sign-out. Lifetime: 14 days.

Ordinary visitors never receive this cookie.

connectedy_client — a cookie

Created only when signing in to the client area, and it records that you are signed in. It is deleted on sign-out. Lifetime: 30 days.

It contains no password — only an account number and a signature the server uses to check the value has not been tampered with. Visitors without an account never receive it.

connectedy_oauth_state — a cookie

Lives for a few minutes and only while the site owner is connecting their Google account. It holds a random value the server uses to recognise that the reply from Google belongs to the request it started. It is deleted immediately afterwards.

An unfinished booking — sessionStorage

While you fill in the booking form, the day and time you picked, your name and your email are kept locally in your browser tab. The point is that you do not start over if you reload the page by accident.

None of it is sent to the server until you press “Book”, and it disappears when the tab is closed.

The cookie notice — localStorage

Remembers that you dismissed the notice at the bottom of the screen, so it does not appear on every visit.

Why there is no “Decline” button

Consent is required for cookies that are not necessary — for tracking and advertising, for example. There are none here. The ones listed above are strictly necessary for the site to work, and without them the corresponding feature simply stops.

If we ever add visitor analytics, this page will be updated and a real choice will appear.

How to delete them

You can clear everything listed above from your browser settings, in the site data section. Nothing will break except the convenience.
