Who runs this site

The site is operated by ConnecTEDY Ltd. („КънекТеди“ ЕООД), company no. 206853808, 1 Bukova Planina St., Bistritsa, Sofia, Bulgaria, referred to below as “the Provider”.

What the site offers

The site presents the services of Teodora Kamenova — individual coaching, training for teams and guided meditations — and lets you book a session.

The meditations section leads to a separate site with its own terms.

Booking a session

• Available times reflect the free space in the Provider's calendar and are refreshed on every load.
• A session can be booked no later than 24 hours before it starts.
• After booking you receive a confirmation email with a cancellation link.
• A booking is a request for a meeting, not a paid service — no payments are taken through the site.
• The Provider may decline or move a session, giving notice in good time.

Cancelling

• You can cancel a session yourself at any point before it starts, using the link in the email or from your client area.
• Once cancelled, the time is freed immediately and may be taken by someone else.
• A cancelled session counts as held and is not returned to your account, unless the Provider decides otherwise for a good reason.

Refunds on cancellation

These terms apply to paid individual sessions. The intro meeting is free and there is nothing to refund.

• Cancelled at least 24 hours before the session starts — the amount per session agreed in the contract is refunded.
• Cancelled less than 24 hours before the start — no amount is refunded and the session is not returned to your account.
• The deadline is counted to the start of the session, in Sofia time.
• Refunds are made by the same method as the payment, within 14 days. For card payments the amount usually appears after 5 – 10 working days.
• If the Provider cancels a session, it is returned to your account and can be booked again, with nothing withheld.

Client accounts and sessions

• Only an intro meeting can be booked from the site. It is free and commits no one.
• An account is created by Teodora after an agreement, with an agreed number of sessions. There is no self-registration.
• Every booked session uses up one of the agreed sessions.
• Cancelling does not return the session automatically — Teodora returns it when the cancellation is in good time or there is a good reason.
• Access to the account is personal. Please do not share it.
• An account may be suspended in case of abuse, or at your request.

The nature of the service

Coaching is a partnership for reaching your goals. It is not a medical service, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment or counselling, and it does not replace them.

Responsibility for the decisions and actions taken after a session rests entirely with the client.

If you are in a condition that calls for medical or psychological help, please seek the appropriate specialist.

Confidentiality of sessions

What is said in a coaching session is confidential and is not shared with third parties, except where the law requires otherwise.

Site content

The texts, images and certificates on this site belong to the Provider or are published with permission. Using them without consent is not allowed.

External links lead to sites we do not control and whose content we are not responsible for.

Availability

We take care to keep the site running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages are possible for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

Changes and governing law

These terms may change. The version published on the site at the moment of booking is the one that applies.

Bulgarian law governs. Disputes are settled by agreement, and failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.
